In this hands-on role, you will shape creative strategies at Eucalyptus, now part of Hims & Hers. This position focuses on performance marketing and creative development to enhance customer engagement through innovative campaign concepts. Work closely with designers and media buyers to refine advertising strategies and ensure efficacy in various growth channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own creative strategy for Meta, You Tube, and other channels

• Transform customer insights into compelling creative briefs

• Write and refine messaging frameworks and scripts

• Lead creative performance reviews to enhance testing cycles

• Develop playbooks and repository of insights for long-term growth

Requirements:

• 5+ years in creative strategy or performance marketing

• Portfolio demonstrating successful creative campaigns

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and advertising psychology

• Experience with paid social and video channels

• Excellent writing and communication skills
