Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join us at our Vancouver or Toronto offices. In this role, you support senior staff across a broad range of operational, analytical and administrative functions, with a particular focus on marketing and the firm's public presence.

Role Overview

Your role will include:
Assisting staff and managers in daily operations, with a focus on marketing
Assisting the executive team in planning and executing operational and strategic initiatives
Supporting the planning and delivery of campaigns, materials and events
Drafting and proofing marketing copy
Maintaining the website and the firm's social channels
Coordinating with agencies, designers and printers on deliverables
Keeping the marketing calendar and asset library up to date
Reporting on campaign performance and channel activity
Identifying and implementing process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best practices
Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics
Required Skills or Experience
Undergraduate degree, ideally in marketing, communications, commerce or a related field
Interest in or exposure to marketing considered an asset
Strong writing and proofreading ability
Comfort with marketing and analytics tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Professional demeanor with client-centric focus
Proactive self-starter with problem-solving abilities
