What you'll do
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Uja's business objectives and brand vision.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the company website, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand story.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns, coordinating logistics, and ensuring successful execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Support the sales team with marketing collateral and tools that facilitate lead generation and conversion.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing best practices in all communications and materials.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and techniques to enhance online visibility.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or working with technology-focused companies.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
