Fan Duel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Canadian Marketing team for the Fall 2026 semester. This co‑op position offers an exciting opportunity to engage with both the Brand and Marketing Operations segments of our business, specifically focusing on Fan Duel Casino and Sports book. As a vital team member, you will collaborate with various marketing teams to bring innovative campaigns and promotions to fruition.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to support the execution of brand marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the creation, management, and distribution of marketing assets that align with campaign objectives.
- Participate in campaign planning by facilitating asset delivery and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
- Support the setup, testing, quality assurance, and publishing of promotions for both Casino and Sports book offerings.
- Help maintain promotional content across various app and web platforms, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Aid in updating and merchandising the Casino and Sports book homepages to enhance user engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Provide support to various teams within the Marketing department, including Content, Public Relations, and Partnerships, as needed.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for upcoming marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance data and contribute insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- Demonstrated interest in brand marketing, digital marketing, and the execution of marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, as well as experience with image-editing software such as Photoshop.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high‑quality output in all marketing materials.
- Basic understanding of the North American casino and sports industry is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during critical events or campaign launches.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Previous internship or co‑op experience in marketing or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Experience in content creation or social media management.
- Knowledge of current trends in sports betting and gaming markets.
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Proficient in project management software to track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to support marketing efforts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment while also being self‑motivated.
- Creative thinking skills to contribute innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.
- Understanding of branding principles and how they apply to marketing strategies.
- The hourly wage for this position ranges from $25 to $30 CAD, based on factors such as experience, location, and market demand.
