- Develop and execute comprehensive direct mail marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, analytics, and product, to create compelling direct mail content that resonates with our target audience.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer data to optimize direct mail initiatives and improve ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on various direct mail formats and messaging to identify the most effective approaches.
- Manage the end-to-end production process of direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Utilize customer segmentation and targeting strategies to tailor direct mail efforts for maximum impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in direct mail marketing to continuously enhance our strategies.
- Work closely with external vendors and partners to coordinate logistics and production of direct mail materials.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in our direct mail efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for future initiatives.
- Foster a culture of experimentation and innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to direct mail marketing.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate creative concepts for upcoming campaigns and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on direct mail or similar channels.
- Proven track record of successfully managing direct mail campaigns from conception to execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, with experience in data segmentation and targeting.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in the food or e-commerce industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and how they integrate with direct mail efforts.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience working with design teams.
- Previous experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Experience with direct mail production processes and logistics.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques.
- This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and may require occasional travel for vendor meetings or industry events.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Canada.
