Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Are you currently an accomplished Director or VP of Sales or VP of Sales and Marketing looking to take on a new challenge as VP of Sales and Marketing for an exciting Developer , and have experience in mid-rise and high-rise residential projects? Then read on....

In this role you would be providing the strategic vision for both the Sales and Marketing division and cascading instructions on project implementation to the external agencies, be it sales or marketing agencies. The creative would be your vision and this role will allow you to take the lead on all sales delivery and new marketing approach, utilising and managing the existing marketing team talents.

If you can demonstratea proven ability to manage internal and external sales, the brokerage sales agents, directing their activity and sales messages for each new project along with the creative passionto lead marketing campaigns for new project launches. Then this is the role for you

Our client is an existing and highly respected business, and have some impressive projects in Ontario. This is an autonomous role were you will be collaborating with all areas of the business, as well as be given projects that you can take ownership in and be proud of. Our client has a consistent long term vision and currently has approval for a number of residential development projects across the  this role, you will work closely with executive leadership and report directly to the President.
