Project Coordinator

Cosmic, a small advertising and design agency located in downtown Toronto has an immediate requirement for an OCDProject Coordinator to join our award winning team. We’re looking for someone to provide support to our client services team. You will thrive in a busy, creative environment that's positive, empowering and fun. • Content and asset gathering; social media management
• Supporting creative presentations
• Organizing, managing and tracking the status of projects in asana
• Organizing and managing project files on the server
• Work with the entire department to build strong internal relationships across all teams
• Assist the Account team with tasks which may include: trafficking of projects; creating weekly status and efficiency reports; communicating with external client(s) to
• Ensure projects are on-task, on-brand, on-budget; plus, other tasks as needed
• Follow up on status of projects internally - production, budgets, schedules, and advise teams of any delays/variances

• 1-2 years project or account experience in a design or agency setting
• Post-secondary degree or diploma - preferably in the field of Design, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Able to manage tasks efficiently and to multi-task
• Ability to manage client expectations, requests, and challenges calmly, effectively, and professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing, energetic, with strong interpersonal, team and customer service skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving needs quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign preferred.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the strong ability to work with cross functional teams.
• Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation) and the ability to interact and communicate
• Ability to work at a high level of professionalism with both internal and external partners

• Previous design experience is anasset
• Knowledge of related software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and basic web code (HTML, CSS), considered a bonus
