Join a high-volume content and proposal environment supporting client-facing initiatives within the insurance sector. This role focuses on creating, editing, and managing proposal-ready content while coordinating reviews, translations, and stakeholder feedback through centralized workflows and Loopio. The position offers exposure to strategic B2B proposal content and collaboration across legal reviewers, subject matter experts, and internal partners. Must Haves

5+ years in professional writing
, copywriting
, and editing

Strong Microsoft skills.

Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with tools such as Loopio
.

Bilingual fluency in English and French for writing and editing

Proposal content, client-facing content, and plain language writing

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities

Monitoring and managing all requests coming through a centralized inbox and our proposal content management tool.

Creating, editing and updating Client-facing or external-facing content to be accurate, on brand and in plain language.

Strategically articulating our value proposition and differentiators in content.

Managing content reviews, translation and coordinating with internal partners if questions or concerns come up during the review process. Stakeholders include legal reviewers, subject matter experts and others.

Presenting new content in team meetings.

Becoming an expert in our internal writing and tone of voice guidelines, and in our products and services to turn complex and technical information into simple concepts.

Maintaining workload trackers and dashboard so we can easily communicate updates to the team and leaders.

Managing kick-off meetings and all subsequent tasks to write/edit strategic proposal content.

Creating and maintaining process notes for content management.

Working closely with our vendor Loopio for process and tool improvements

Manage licences and training for Loopio users across our SME pool of resource support

Identifying and implementing on-going process improvements that will result in cost efficiencies or time efficiencies or both.

Supporting any ad hoc writing projects.

Interview Process:

Two interviews

Completion of a writing assessment as part of the recruitment process:

Candidates receive two website pages and must identify a title/article, then rewrite it in clear, concise, proposal‑ready language.

They must demonstrate ability to write persuasive proposal content, apply sales language, proofread, and edit.
