Brand Ambassador

We are continually seeking enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join our Brand Ambassador network.

Our Brand Ambassadors play a key role in bringing brands to life through engaging consumer experiences, promotional events, retail activations, sampling programs, and experiential marketing campaigns.

As a Brand Ambassador, assignments may include:

• Representing client brands at events, retail locations, festivals, and promotional activations.
• Engaging consumers in meaningful conversations about products, services, and brand initiatives.
• Delivering product samples, demonstrations, and educational messaging.
• Creating positive and memorable brand experiences.
• Supporting event setup, execution, and breakdown as required.
• Collecting consumer feedback and other program-related data.
• Accurately completing post-event reports and required documentation.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and representing brands in accordance with program guidelines.

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and personable individuals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional, and punctual team members.
• Self-motivated individuals who can work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in public-facing environments.
• Ability to follow program instructions and meet reporting deadlines.
• Previous customer service, sales, promotional, hospitality, or event experience is considered an asset but is not required.

• Opportunities may be available on a casual, part-time, temporary, or contract basis depending on program requirements.
• Assignments may include weekday, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Some roles may require standing for extended periods, lifting light event materials, or working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Certain assignments may involve travel to event or retail locations. Any role-specific requirements will be communicated during the recruitment process.
