Vistar Media, part of T-Mobile Advertising Solutions, seeks a Client Success Associate to support the growing Client Success team. This position requires 1-2 years of experience in digital media and excellent communication skills. You will assist in pre-sale activities, deliver comprehensive media plans, and ensure campaign performance while gaining valuable experience in ad operations and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build RFPs for client media plans and proposals

• Monitor campaign performance and gather necessary assets

• QA creative files for DOOH and mobile campaigns

• Oversee custom creative development timelines

• Transport campaigns across DOOH and mobile platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in digital media

• Familiar with Third Party Ad Servers

• Understanding of trafficking and analytics

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
