Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-driven paid search strategies across Google Ads and Bing Ads

• Implement and optimize Value-Based Bidding for high-value outcomes

• Conduct structured A/B and multivariate tests for campaign refinement

• Generate real-time, unified reporting for all in-market campaigns

• Collaborate with teams for effective CRM and marketing automation integration

Requirements:

• BA or BS in Marketing, Business, or related fields

• 3–5 years managing enterprise-level paid search campaigns

• Strong analytical skills and VBB expertise

• Experience with AI-driven search features

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and CRM tools
