We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who lives comfortably at the intersection of content, culture, community, and organization.

You’ll work closely with our Social, Creative, Strategy, and Account teams to help bring our clients’ brands to life across social every day.

What Success Looks Like

Success isn’t just keeping the content calendar full.

It’s making our clients’ social channels feel active, relevant, responsive, and unmistakably on‑brand.

You’ll know you’re succeeding when:

  • Content is consistently published accurately and on schedule.
  • Captions, posts, Reels, Tik Toks, and Stories feel native to the platforms they live on.
  • Our communities receive thoughtful and timely responses.
  • Trends and cultural opportunities are identified early enough for us to actually use them.
  • Campaigns are tracked properly and the team knows what’s performing.
  • Influencer and creator programs stay organized and moving.
  • Our Social, Creative, and Account teams can trust that the details are handled.
  • You’re increasingly bringing ideas to the table rather than waiting for the next assignment.

Ultimately, we want you to help us make better social work while becoming a stronger social marketer along the way.

Responsibilities Content Creation
  • Write engaging, platform‑native captions and social copy across client accounts.
  • Create and edit short‑form content for platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and other relevant channels.
  • Film and edit Reels, Tik Toks, Stories and other social‑first video content.
  • Create basic graphics and adapt existing creative for social.
  • Work alongside our Creative team to turn larger campaign ideas into effective social content.
  • Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across every post.
Social & Calendar Management
  • Maintain and manage content calendars across multiple client accounts.
  • Schedule and publish content using social management and native platform tools.
  • Coordinate approvals and ensure content is ready to go live on schedule.
  • QA posts before publishing, including copy, creative, tags, links, formatting and timing.
  • Keep social channels organized, current and moving.
Community Management
  • Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, and conversations across client channels.
  • Respond to communities in each brand’s established voice.
  • Identify questions, issues, opportunities, and conversations that require escalation.
  • Help our brands participate in culture rather than simply publish into it.
  • Keep a pulse on what audiences are saying about our clients and their categories.
Trends & Culture
  • Stay current on social trends, platform updates, emerging formats, creators, memes and cultural conversations.
  • Identify trends that are actually relevant to our brands, not just trending.
