Position: Internal Communications Lead (12-Month Contract)

Securian Canada is seeking an Internal Communications Manager on a 12-month maternity leave coverage contract. You will partner with leaders to deliver clear, engaging communications that connect employees to our strategy, culture, and purpose.

The role offers a hybrid model, with a Toronto or Waterloo office presence twice a month. You will translate complex updates into messages, advise leaders, manage multiple projects, and help storyteller our people and impact.
