Position: Digital Account Coordinator at VML
Become the backbone of client services at VML as a Digital Account Coordinator. This hybrid role focuses on project management, client communication, and supporting digital content initiatives.

As part of VML, a leader in creative solutions, the Account Coordinator will assist the Account team with various tasks. You’ll be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn while contributing across multiple projects. Engaging with both clients and internal teams, you ensure smooth operations and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage weekly team/client status meetings

• Write clear status reports and emails for clients

• Organize client contact reports and action items

• Coordinate project timelines and flag potential risks

• Support finance by submitting invoices and SOWs

Requirements:

• Internship in marketing or communications preferred

• Understanding of digital content across channels

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong project management abilities

• Curiosity and willingness to grow within the agency
