- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing communications.
- Develop communications plans supporting member engagement, partner marketing, acquisition initiatives, sponsor ships, and new partner launches.
- Establish priorities and campaign objectives aligned with broader business goals.
- Oversee integrated marketing initiative delivery across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while anticipating risks and removing roadblocks.
- Coach, develop, and performance-manage a Marketing Communications Coordinator.
- Evaluate campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Refine marketing communications strategies using data-informed learnings.
- Build cross-functional partnerships across Partnerships, Brand, Digital, CRM, Analytics, Creative, and external agencies.
- Provide oversight for internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contribute to Scene+'s member engagement and business growth as a Canadian loyalty program.
- Experience developing and leading integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ability to translate business goals into compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing multiple high-profile marketing initiatives simultaneously.
- Project and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with structure, organization, and sound judgment.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities.
- Ability to make evidence-based recommendations and balance creativity with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication, influencing, collaboration, consensus-building, and presentation skills.
- Professionalism when working with agencies and internal teams.
- Ongoing legal eligibility to work in Canada.
