Critical Mass is hiring a Senior Media Manager, Performance Planning to join our growing team. As the Senior Media Manager, Performance Planning, you will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing performance-driven media plans across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on translating strategic direction into actionable media executions that drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities- Build and manage multi-channel media plans across Search, Social, Programmatic, Video, and emerging channels
- Translate strategic direction into detailed media recommendations and activation plans
- Support budget allocation, forecasting, and campaign structuring
- Ensure plans align with audience insights and business KPIs
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize toward ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion goals
- Partner with activation teams to ensure accurate setup, trafficking, and execution
- Identify optimization opportunities across targeting, creative, bidding, and channel mix
- Support testing initiatives and performance reporting
- Manage day-to-day client communication and reporting needs
- Present campaign updates and performance insights
- Collaborate with Analysts, Planners, and Activation teams to ensure alignment
- Support junior team members and contribute to best practices
- 4-7 years of media planning or performance marketing experience
- Experience with digital platforms including Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic
- Understanding of performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience in client-facing environments

Toronto: $80,000-$120,000
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
