Membership Manager at BHPN

Drive meaningful engagement as the Membership Manager at the Black Healthcare Professionals Network (BHPN). This role focuses on enhancing member experience and building strategic partnerships in Toronto.

As Membership Manager, you will play a vital role in BHPN, dedicated to supporting Black healthcare professionals across Canada. With responsibilities in developing member benefits, strategic collaborations, and engagement strategies, your efforts will directly influence the success of the organization and its members. You’ll also collaborate with marketing to promote resources and serve as the primary contact for inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of the BHPN membership program

• Implement strategies for member retention and engagement

• Research and maintain valuable member resources

• Build strategic partnerships with key organizations

• Promote memberships through marketing collaborations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 3+ years in membership management or similar role

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus

• Must be located in Toronto and have a vehicle
