Centric Software is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager for the Americas to grow value from our existing customer base. This role focuses on upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthening renewal and retention through targeted lifecycle communications.
You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to map the customer journey, segment the database, and execute campaigns that demonstrate the value of Centric solutions across the install base.
