You will work closely with key stakeholders in Sales and Customer Success to pinpoint opportunities for improvement within the customer lifecycle. By analyzing engagement data and crafting tailored communications, you will ensure customers receive the best value from Centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for upselling within the customer install base

• Create engaging marketing content targeted at user segments

• Organize and oversee customer webinars and events

• Deliver segmented email communications to enhance renewals

• Report on key metrics to assess campaign success

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in Customer Marketing or similar roles

• Ability to build segmented email nurtures effectively

• Experience running webinars and events from start to finish

• Proficient with CRM/marketing platforms

• Focused on results and performance metrics
