Snaplii is a profitable Toronto fintech company serving 400,000+ users
, processing $200M+ in annual transaction volume
, and working with 500+ leading brands
, including Costco, Walmart, Amazon and Uber.
We already have the product, the users and real transaction volume. What we haven't fully built yet is the organic growth engine behind it.
That's where you come in.
You won't inherit a mature playbook and spend your time optimizing someone else's system. You'll have the opportunity to build new growth channels from the ground up — shaping how Snaplii shows up across Rednote (Xiaohongshu), Reddit, Google and AI search
, and turning content and community into measurable user growth. The problems are real, the feedback loops are fast, and your work can directly show up in traffic, signups and transactions.
And we're building for what's next. As AI agents move from answering questions to taking actions, Snaplii is developing Agentic Payment infrastructure that enables AI agents to complete real-world transactions.
For someone who wants to learn fast, own meaningful work and see what they build actually move a business, this is a rare opportunity.
The OpportunityWe're looking for a hands-on Organic Growth Manager to build Snaplii's organic acquisition engine across Rednote
· Reddit
· SEO
· GEO
.
Your goal is not simply to generate impressions or followers. Your goal is to turn great content and strong community presence into sustainable Traffic → Signup → Conversion
.
You won't be expected to master every channel on day one. We're looking for someone with a strong core strength who can gradually expand across channels.
What You'll Own Rednote Content & Community GrowthOwn and grow Snaplii's presence on Rednote around real consumer use cases: saving money in Canada
· Costco / Walmart / Amazon / Uber deals
· gift cards
· cashback and rewards
· bill payment
· everyday spending
· cross-border spending
· newcomer and international student life.
You'll own the full content loop:
Idea → Create → Publish → Measure → Learn → Iterate
. You should understand how native Rednote content works — not simply how to turn advertisements into posts. You understand what gets users to click, save, share, search and eventually try a product.
Build Snaplii's presence across Reddit and other relevant communities: identify the right communities and conversations
· understand community culture and rules
· find real user questions and pain points
· create native, useful content
· participate in conversations
· build trust and brand reputation
· develop UGC / KOC / word-of-mouth programs
· experiment with community seeding.
We're not looking for spammy promotion. We want Snaplii to become a natural part of conversations around saving money, payments, gift cards, rewards and everyday spending in Canada.
SEO / GEO & Website ContentHelp build and continuously improve Snaplii's organic search content engine: keyword research
· search intent
· topic and content planning
· landing pages
· blogs and guides
· content clusters
· internal linking
· on-page SEO
· content refresh ·
AI Search / GEO
.
We care about traditional Google Search, but also how Snaplii gets discovered through ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI-powered search experiences.
This is a growth role, not just a content role. Views, engagement and followers matter — but they are not the final outcome. You'll connect organic activity to Traffic → Signup → Conversion → CAC and continuously evaluate: which content actually acquires users? Which channels produce the highest-quality traffic? Which keywords deserve more investment? Which high-traffic content fails to convert? Which formats are repeatable?
Which channels are ready to scale?
- Track Record — you can show real examples of content, accounts, search traffic or community programs you’ve personally built, with clear performance data.
- Strong Content Instinct — you can tell the difference between what a company wants to say and what a user actually cares about.
- Community Native — you understand Rednote and Reddit at a native level: native content, UGC / KOC, word‑of‑mouth, community…
