Digital Engagement Manager

Position: Digital Engagement Manager at Alto
Contribute to Alto's transformative high-speed train initiative as a Digital Engagement Manager. Lead a team in enhancing social media, campaigns, and targeted visibility across Canada.

In this strategic and hands-on role, you will manage content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with Alto's vision. You will support and oversee team members while coordinating with internal and external partners. This role requires strong digital communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate content for digital channels

• Develop engaging content for social media and campaigns

• Oversee social media planning and moderation

• Coordinate visibility initiatives for target markets

• Review analytics to optimize content strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field

• At least 8 years of relevant digital experience

• Strong skills in campaign planning and management

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proven writing, editing, and organizational abilities
