Senior Marketing Manager, Partnerships & Affiliates
Work Location: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week

Compensation Range: $60 - $65 per hour
Our Fortune 500 client is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Partnerships & Affiliates. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will own strategy, performance, investment and growth of partner and affiliate ecosystem - spanning financial institutions, gig-economy platforms, and the affiliate publisher channel. You'll independently manage partner go-to-market while partnering with Product, Analytics, Legal, and Finance, turning partner opportunities into measurable revenue and data into decisions leadership can act on.
Responsibilities- Own end-to-end strategy and commercial performance for partnerships and affiliate channels, including revenue, acquisition and efficiency targets.
- Lead annual and in-year channel planning, translating business objectives into partner priorities, forecasts and an executable roadmap.
- Analyze partner and customer profiles/journeys to identify value propositions across the channel.
- Own affiliate strategy: publisher recruitment, commission structures, network management, compliance and optimization of revenue, CAC/CPA and returns.
- Build a pipeline of strategic partnerships from prospecting through negotiation and launch.
- Own the measurement scorecard (revenue, CAC/CPA, ROAS, incrementality, LTV) to guide investment decisions.
- Run experimentation to test customer-backed hypotheses and iterate quickly.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Legal and Finance; negotiate commercial agreements balancing partner.
- Apply AI and new martech tools (e.g., Tableau) to streamline operations and enhance partner/customer experiences.
- 5-7 years in partnerships, affiliate marketing, channel management or business development, with ownership of channel strategy and cross-functional initiatives.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Track record building, negotiating and scaling partnerships/affiliate programs with measurable results.
- Strong commercial and analytical judgment; comfortable structuring deals and building business cases.
- Excellent project management and communication skills; able to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity.
- Deep experience growing affiliate programs, including publisher recruitment, segmentation and commission optimization (e.g., Commission Junction).
- Comfort with analytics tooling (e.g., Tableau).
- Familiarity with fintech or partner data integrations.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond your immediate team.
The indicated pay range for this position is a good-faith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. The pay band is established by the client company. Factors that may influence an offer include a candidate's skills, experience, geographic location, and expected work quality and quantity. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the pay range, with the upper end reserved for those with extensive experience and skills or who live in higher-pay markets.
