Senior Manager, Brand & Growth Marketing | Toronto – Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Brand & Growth Marketing to join a growing financial services organization. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who can bring together brand strategy, performance marketing and customer acquisition to drive measurable growth.

• Lead integrated DTC acquisition and growth marketing campaigns
• Shape brand, go-to-market, media and creative strategy
• Own acquisition targets, KPIs and paid media performance
• Optimize conversion funnels and the digital customer journey
• Drive A/B testing and continuous performance improvement
• Manage agency partners, budgets and forecasting
• Turn customer and campaign data into actionable growth strategies

• 7+ years across growth, digital, brand and DTC marketing
• Strong track record in customer acquisition and paid media
• Experience with attribution, funnel optimization and performance analytics
• Hands-on familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI and SEMrush
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Financial services, fintech or online investing experience is an asset
