Lead innovative marketing initiatives as the Segment Marketing Manager ign and launch integrated campaigns that enhance business financial management.

Relay is expanding its Demand Generation strategy and looking for a Segment Marketing Manager to drive targeted campaigns. You will oversee the entire campaign process, ensuring all teams are aligned for maximum effectiveness. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who takes ownership of multi-channel marketing efforts and values quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end campaign creation for major business verticals

• Build and manage an evergreen campaign activation calendar

• Collaborate with diverse marketing teams to unify messaging

• Assess and implement new outreach platforms for visibility

• Optimize the conversion process from initial engagement through to results

Requirements:

• 3–6 years in integrated B2B marketing management

• Ability to maintain productive relationships across teams

• Detail-oriented with strong project management skills

• Experience in crafting campaigns from the ground up

• Willingness to work in the Toronto office three days a week
