In this pivotal role, you will report to the Manager of Marketing & Communications. You will be instrumental in developing social media strategies and ensuring brand consistency across all promotional channels. Coordination with departments, creation of marketing content, and hosting webinars will also be key components of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive development of social media strategies for CCNM

• Assist in promoting events through innovative online marketing

• Create engaging content and coordinate with departmental goals

• Manage and host monthly webinars with marketing materials

• Conduct marketing for external recruitment events across Canada

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent

• Proven experience with social media platforms and tools

• Strong skills in graphic design and email marketing applications

• High level of organization and independent work ability

• Excellent interpersonal skills in a diverse environment
