Position: Events and Community Lead at Relay
Drive impactful community connections with Relay, a digital banking platform. As Events and Community Lead in Toronto, you will enhance brand visibility through strategic event programming and ecosystem partnerships.

Relay is seeking an Events and Community Lead to foster long-term relationships with premium SMB communities. You’ll be responsible for orchestrating co-marketing initiatives and creating a vibrant calendar of events designed to engage communities. This role requires over four years of experience managing events with measurable outcomes that enhance brand strength.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build genuine relationships with SMB communities and associations

• Own ecosystem partner co-marketing activations for lead generation

• Design and manage Relay’s virtual and in-person event schedule

• Develop repeatable playbooks from event pilots for future success

• Energize event experiences with strategic relationship focus

Requirements:

• 4+ years of event and partner management experience

• Proven track record of community-driven business results

• Strong skills in data measurement and outcome assessment

• Experience in co-marketing with partners like Gusto or Xero

• Ability to work hybrid in Toronto with event travel
