Part Time Marketing Assistant

Working under the Program Manager, this temporary role offers up to 21 hours weekly. You will assist with creating engaging visual materials, managing social media accounts, and updating website content. Ideal candidates should have a background in graphic design, digital media, or communications and a passion for supporting nonprofit initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design flyers, brochures, and promotional materials

• Support social media content creation and posting

• Maintain organized digital communication files

• Format presentations and program reports

• Assist with event-related promotional materials

Requirements:

• College diploma in graphic design or related field

• Minimum one year of relevant experience

• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong organizational and communication skills
