As part of Harry Rosen’s Central Office team, you will work under the Manager of Product and Trade Marketing. This role is ideal for those studying Business, E-Commerce, or Fashion, offering hands-on experience in marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising. You will contribute directly to the execution of vendor partnerships and campaigns while gaining valuable insight into the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute sponsored marketing programs from briefing to approvals

• Compile post-campaign reports with feedback and insights

• Create and send coop agreements for vendor signatures

• Assist in merchandise logistics for seasonal initiatives

• Organize incoming product samples for internal tracking

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant program (Business, E-Commerce, Fashion)

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Asana

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Adaptable and detail-oriented under pressure
