Position OverviewAt Compugen, we’re on a mission to help organizations realize new possibilities. The Field Marketing Manager (Central) is the connection between national initiatives and regional opportunities—translating strategy into action and creating programs that drive meaningful engagement, qualified pipeline, and measurable revenue impact. This role is built for a tenured marketer with direct experience in the technology space and a deep understanding of how marketing tactics align with sales priorities to deliver growth.
The Regional Field Marketing Manager will collaborate with marketing line‑of‑business peers and regional sales leaders to capitalize on corporate initiatives while building and managing a regional go‑to‑market strategy. This role is results‑driven and measured by ROI, pipeline contribution, and regional performance metrics. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify regional trends, opportunities, and whitespace for growth.
- Develop and execute integrated regional go‑to‑market (GTM) plans that align with corporate marketing objectives, partner priorities, and regional sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the creative, partner, product, and promotional marketing leaders to build and adapt regional programs from corporate initiatives for in‑region execution.
- Lead and execute regional internal events, trainings, High Value Days, and ensuring each aligns with goals, audience needs, and Compugen best practices.
- Act as project manager for all regional marketing initiatives, using Click Up to manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and cross‑team collaboration.
- Partner with regional sales leaders to align marketing programs with territory plans and develop go‑to‑market strategies that drive both brand and demand.
- Partner with the Creative Director to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all programs, maintaining high standards for creative execution and message alignment.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and coordinate with the Partner Marketing team to track MDF‑eligible spend, proactively determine campaigns, and ensure efficient allocation of partner funds tied to measurable ROI.
- Facilitate monthly internal reviews with sales and marketing peers to assess performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline contribution.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with senior marketing and sales leaders, presenting regional outcomes, ROI analysis, and forward‑looking recommendations.
- Create a clear feedback loop by conducting post‑initiative debriefs to capture lessons learned and identify process improvements for future projects.
- Provide consistent status updates and pulse communications to sales on wins, research, insights, opportunities, campaigns, and presentations on a bi‑monthly cadence.
- Participate in and/or lead sales enablement, training, and planning sessions to ensure proactive alignment with regional needs and priorities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve marketing processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency, accountability, and visibility across regional programs.
