Marketing Manager

We are a fast-moving agency that works with some of the best brands in wellness, beauty, fashion, real estate, and CPG. We go by All My Friends, and we mean it.

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who is equal parts strategic and executional. This is someone who can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom right back in to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll be our founder's right-hand, leading a small fractional team and owning the work that keeps our clients happy and our brand sharp.

• Day-to-day leadership of a fractional team of up to four — keeping everyone aligned, motivated, and on brief
• Client-facing communication and relationship management
• Social content creation and content calendar management across client accounts
• PR, media relations, and proactive pitching
• Influencer relations: identifying, building, and managing relationships that feel authentic to our clients' brands
• Strategy decks, proposals, and client-facing presentations from concept to delivery
• Event planning and on-site execution support for key client launches and IRL initiatives
• Reporting, analytics, and insights that actually mean something

• You do not drop the ball. Ever. You are the person people rely on

• You have agency experience and understand the pace, the expectations, and the juggle
• You are digitally fluent and genuinely excited about where things are heading
• You have great instincts. You know when something is on-brand and when it isn't

Remote with one day a week in-person in Toronto, plus in-person for client events. You'll work closely with our founder and have real ownership over how things run. This is not a role for someone who wants to be told what to do every day — it's for someone who sees what needs to happen and makes it happen.
