Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage key internal communication strategies

• Support executive team with presentations and messaging

• Coordinate significant company events and announcements

• Enhance the monthly associate meeting content

• Conduct reviews and analyze communication effectiveness

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary diploma/degree

• 3-5 years in communication roles

• Experience in project management and change initiatives

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingual capabilities in French/English valued
