Position: Account Supervisor Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and refine client campaign briefs for clarity

• Ensure timely project delivery while managing client expectations

• Communicate effectively between clients and creative teams

• Provide strategic direction to internal teams

• Maintain strong relationships through regular communication

Requirements:

• Experience in Client Services or as a Senior Account Manager

• Knowledge of multi-channel marketing, especially digital and CRM

• Familiarity with CRM software like Braze or Salesforce

• Detail-oriented, capable of managing shifting priorities

• Strong relationship management and communication skills
