As a Marketing Specialist on our corporate marketing team, you help build the presence and reputation of our agencies in the market - leading joint programs with industry publications and organizations, bringing our events and brand initiatives to life, and keeping our digital presence sharp. You bring order to complexity, momentum to partnerships, and an eye for detail.

Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $50,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for an existing vacancy.

• Partnerships:
  Lead joint marketing programs with industry publications and organizations (e.g., IAB)—coordinating co-branded initiatives, sponsor ships, and collaborative content that raise our profile and strengthen these relationships.

• Events:
  Own the planning and execution of corporate events, from logistics and vendor coordination to on-the-ground delivery.

• Brand:
  Champion consistent, on-strategy execution of brand initiatives across every partner and agency touchpoint, ensuring our identity shows up cohesively everywhere it appears.

• Digital:
  Manage our website by updating content, overseeing ongoing site updates, and coordinating the creation of brand assets to keep our digital presence current, polished, and on-brand.

• Awards:
  Lead the end-to-end submission process for people-focused awards, tracking deadlines and gathering materials that put our best work in front of the industry.

• Project Management:
  Independently manage multiple concurrent work streams across partnerships, events, brand, digital, and awards. Keep every project on track, every stakeholder informed, and every detail accounted for.

• 4+ years of marketing experience, including direct experience managing or coordinating with external agencies or partners.

• Proven project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple concurrent work streams and stakeholders.

• Outstanding attention to detail and excellent writing skills.

• Experience with corporate events including planning, logistics, or program support.

• Comfort managing website content and coordinating with design/dev resources on updates and brand assets.

• Driven by curiosity and actively engaged in learning about trends relevant to the Canadian marketing landscape.

• Entrepreneurial outlook to projects with a positive approach to working through ambiguity.
