Lead the 50/50 program at MLSE, ensuring compliance and enhancing revenue through strategic marketing efforts. This detail-oriented role collaborates with sports teams to engage fans and drive results.

As the 50/50 Coordinator, you are pivotal in managing daily operations and marketing strategies for the 50/50 program. Your focus will be on regulatory adherence and producing impactful communications that resonate with fans of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Raptors, TFC, and Argonauts. With a keen eye for detail, you'll work both independently and with a team to achieve the program's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee marketing communications across digital channels

• Ensure consistency in creative assets and copy

• Plan team-building initiatives to enhance staff engagement

• Partner with supervisors for event setup and operations

• Manage licensing and compliance submissions through the iAGCO portal

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with marketing fundamentals and fan engagement

• Experience in event operations or compliance environments
