Position: DEPT Account Supervisor Role
Join DEPT as an Account Supervisor in Toronto, managing hybrid campaign deliveries and fostering client relationships. Elevate integrated marketing efforts through strategic oversight.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract within our Global Studios team focused on impactful digital communications. In your role, you’ll blend account management with strategic planning, ensuring successful project execution and effective collaboration with designers and developers. You'll contribute to client success through strong communication and tactical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and manage client briefs accurately

• Ensure adherence to deadlines on various campaigns

• Clarify client queries and manage expectations

• Relay client feedback to creative teams effectively

• Tackle ambiguous requests with strategic insights

Requirements:

• Proven agency experience in Client Services

• Experience with multi-channel marketing strategies

• Working knowledge of CRM platforms preferred

• Exceptional organizational skills and timeline management

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
