Elevate SELLIT9's merchant channel as the Growth Strategy Lead. Focus on driving awareness, acquisition, and engagement for our trade-in program in the U.S. market.

In this pivotal role, you will enhance our consumer channel while expanding merchant outreach. You'll own lead generation and demo metrics, ensuring merchants understand our program clearly. Collaborating with our Merchant Activation & Success Manager, you'll support the top of the funnel while overseeing our brand’s presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive qualified merchant inquiries and demo scheduling

• Manage the Shopify App Store listing for visibility

• Develop strategies for e-commerce conferences and trade shows

• Cultivate Direct through diverse marketing channels

• Shape brand voice and oversee outbound communications

Requirements:

• Proven growth experience in early-stage startups

• Strong B2B2C marketing expertise

• Ability to analyze CAC, LTV, GMV, and attribution

• Expertise in performance-driven campaigns and funnel optimization

• Familiar with AI tools for creative and reporting
