Position: Retention Marketing Expert at Knix
Lead Knix’s retention marketing efforts as a strategic expert focusing on customer loyalty through email and SMS channels.

In this role, you will drive the retention marketing strategy for Kt by Knix, ensuring optimal execution of email and SMS campaigns. Analyzing key metrics such as repeat rates and customer lifetime value will empower you to develop effective strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your input will shape how we engage with our audience and leverage data to inform future campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end execution of email and SMS strategies

• Conduct thorough A/B testing to drive conversion improvements

• Evaluate campaign data to identify actionable insights

• Lead creative collaborations for compelling marketing content

• Report on marketing program performance regularly

Requirements:

• 4-6 years in email/lifecycle marketing, preferably in e-commerce

• Proficient in Klaviyo and Attentive tools

• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience

• Proven track record in high-growth marketing environments

• Ability to creatively solve problems in a team setting
