Senior Medical Copywriter

About the Role: Havas Health Network is seeking a skilled Medical Copywriter to join our Canadian team. In this role, you'll turn complex scientific information into engaging, creative campaigns across a variety of media, from digital and print to video, broadcast, and social media.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop high-quality, creatively driven medical marketing pieces for various treatments and brands.
• Create core creative campaigns that adapt across multiple channels, including websites, visual aids, slide decks, videos, broadcast, social media, and banner ads.
• Collaborate closely with art directors and account team members to ensure scientific information is accurately and creatively represented.
• Navigate Canadian regulatory guidelines, including PAAB and ASC, to produce compliant yet engaging content.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in a science or medical field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical or health & wellness advertising agency in Canada.
• Proven ability to conceptualize scientific content into creative, consumer-friendly campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian regulatory environment; PAAB experience is a must
• A portfolio showcasing a range of digital, print, and video marketing materials, demonstrating your creative thinking and writing skills.

Additional Information

This role represents an active vacancy  will be joining a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where ideas are encouraged and career development is supported. The base salary range for this position is CAD $90,000 to $120,000, with final compensation determined based on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and background.
