This position, reporting to the North America Client Lead, revolves around supporting Account Managers and driving the operational success of client brands. Responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, managing client requests, and collaborating with internal teams. A proactive mindset and a detail-oriented approach will lead to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams

• Analyze Amazon performance metrics closely

• Manage client requests with precision

• Assist in promotional planning and new launches

• Support the maintenance of account data

Requirements:

• Experience in client-facing roles or e-commerce

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in handling large datasets

• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or Math
