Join us as Associate, Individual Giving — the production, content, and systems engine behind the TSO's Friends, Impresarios Club, and Maestro's Club fundraising programs.

The Role
The Associate, Individual Giving provides dedicated production, coordination, and systems support to the Individual Giving team and the Director, Individual Giving. Working across three areas — fundraising campaign support, website and editorial content, and data/dashboards/systems — you'll help bring the TSO's annual giving campaigns and donor communications to life, from creative brief to final asset. You'll also support the broader Individual Giving team's donor stewardship needs, including in-hall donor materials, stewardship event collateral, and benefits fulfillment across the Friends, Impresarios Club, and Maestro's Club programs.

What You’ll Do

Support execution of Individual Giving fundraising campaigns — including Holiday, End of Season, and acquisition campaigns — by developing creative briefs, directing graphic designers and copywriters, and trafficking assets through internal review and approval.

Assist with campaign workback schedules and quality assurance for copy and creative, and support telemarketing and direct mail coordination and vendor liaison as needed.

Maintain and update website content, giving‑level pages, and digital collateral, and produce and design the Individual Giving digital newsletter.

Support the season editorial calendar — donor testimonials and stories, Noteworthy features, and the evergreen content library — in partnership with Marketing.

Design and produce in‑hall donor materials, including donor lounge collateral, concert program book recognition pages, and others.

Maintain Internal Individual Giving dashboards and reporting views, support campaign tracking, list pulls, and segmentation, and support email reporting through GA4 dashboard and Word Fly.

Support benefits fulfillment, donor recognition, and stewardship event materials for Individual Giving donors, and provide on‑site support at donor events and concert duty as a Development team representative.

What You’ll Bring

Post‑secondary education in marketing, fundraising, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a nonprofit, fundraising, marketing, or communications role, including direct marketing planning and execution (e.g., direct mail, email, social media, landing page, etc).

Experience developing creative briefs and collaborating with graphic designers and copywriters to produce fundraising materials.
