This role is integral to the Marketing team, collaborating with Sales and Product departments to drive successful event outcomes. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation and Field Marketing, you will manage multiple events while ensuring they align with revenue goals, ultimately enhancing the MaintainX brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute logistics for trade shows, from planning to teardown

• Partner with Sales and Product for cohesive event strategies

• Oversee event budgets while maintaining high standards

• Monitor performance using Salesforce and reporting tools

• Create and manage event marketing materials for consistency

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in field marketing or events

• Experience in quantitatively assessing event success

• Strong skills in managing multiple vendor relationships

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to be data-driven and travel as needed
