This position reports to the President, Kantar Canada and will be part of our Division’s Leadership Team, along with our Client Partners, Head of Client Service, Sales Team, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities  The role to drive evolving business and client growth, with key responsibilities including:
Leading a matrixed team (reporting to Client Service & Global Research Group) to deliver best in class insights to one of our major clients. This will include leading report generation, presenting results, regular engagement with client stakeholders, and bringing insights from different initiatives and throughout Kantar together to drive growth. They will collaborate closely with the Client Partner to drive client satisfaction and account retention/growth for Kantar.
Launching and delivering a cutting-edge Brand Intelligence program, recently award to Kantar, which includes solutions and talent from different parts of our organization.
What We're Looking For   15+ years’ experience in related industries such as Consulting, Market Research, Marketing, Media/Creative Agencies, Consumer Packaged Goods, Technology, Healthcare, Retail, and Financial Services
Demonstrated success in developing and growing deep and lasting client relationships, client-side experience an asset.
Strong presence and ability to engage at senior most levels of client organization (e.g., Marketing, Research, C-Suite)
Proven track record successfully meeting/exceeding business/revenue targets and driving impact
Strong consultative, analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Highly effective team leader, inspiring and developing others
Proficient at driving innovation internally and at the client level

Experience with contractual management
Builds strong internal networks and effectively manages through influence
Superior communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Highly motivated, self-starter, driver of change and transformation
