We're the first platform in Canada that lets users pay nearly any bill using their credit card, while unlocking meaningful benefits like cashback, points, and credit-building tools. With ~$2B in annual payment volume and hundreds of thousands of transactions a month, we're building financial infrastructure that needs to be fast, reliable, and bulletproof.

Chexy is looking for a hands on Growth Marketer to help us find and execute the next opportunities for our consumer business.

This is a role for someone who can execute what is already working, make it better, and bring forward new ideas for what we should try next and then help get those ideas into market.

You might be improving our referral program one week, launching a lifecycle experiment the next, testing a new acquisition channel or partnership, or bringing forward a completely new growth idea we haven't considered yet.

You don't need to have mastered every growth channel. You do need to be curious, analytical, hands on, and able to turn an idea into something we can actually test.

• Growth experiments: Turn growth opportunities into real tests across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and use the results to decide what we do next.
• Lifecycle: Help improve onboarding, activation, repeat usage, crosssell, reactivation, and other moments across the customer journey.
• Referral: Help build referral into a meaningful growth channel by testing incentives, campaigns, customer journeys, and new ways to get Chexy customers sharing.
• Acquisition: Support and improve growth across creators, affiliates, partnerships, organic, and other consumer acquisition channels.
• Campaigns: Help execute campaigns around offers, partnerships, seasonal moments, and opportunities that can drive acquisition or engagement.
• Conversion: Identify friction across landing pages, signup, and activation, and help launch experiments that improve the funnel.
• New growth ideas: Constantly look beyond what we're already doing to new channels, partnerships, tactics, trends, and growth loops and bring forward ideas we should be testing.

• 2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or another fast-moving consumer business.
• Hands-on experience across some combination of acquisition, lifecycle, CRM, referral, partnerships, or conversion.
• Strong execution skills, you're comfortable getting into marketing tools, launching campaigns, building tests, and figuring things out yourself.
• Strong consumer instincts and curiosity about what makes people discover, try, share, and come back to a product.
• Comfortable moving quickly, testing ideas, and learning without perfect information.
• AI-savvy and excited about using new tools to move faster and test more.
• High ownership and curiosity, you don't just ask how to improve what exists; you're constantly thinking about what we should try next.

• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
• Experience in fintech, consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, or another high-frequency consumer product.
• Experience building or improving referral or lifecycle programs.
• Experience finding a new channel, campaign, or growth idea that became meaningful for the business.
