Role Description The Marketing Coordinator / Counsellor, LATAM is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This position focuses on promoting Quest’s programs in Latin American markets, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting recruitment activities with agents, partners, and prospective students. Daily responsibilities include communicating with prospective students, providing counseling on program options and services, preparing marketing materials, and assisting with social media and digital outreach targeted to LATAM audiences.
The role also involves organizing and supporting events, fairs, and information sessions, tracking inquiries and conversions through to registration, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment and onboarding experience.
Salary will depend on experience in marketing, especially in the study abroad / international education marketing field.
Qualifications
Fluency in Spanish and advanced proficiency in English.
Strong Communication and Writing skills to interact with prospective students, partners, and internal teams, in both English and Spanish.
Sales and relationship-building abilities to support student recruitment, manage leads, and maintain partnerships in LATAM markets.
Previous experience in international education, student counseling, or marketing in a multicultural environment is an asset.
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Requires minimum supervision, is self-motivated, outgoing and shows initiative and ability to complete tasks to deadline.
Must have strong interpersonal skills in both personal meetings and large groups.
Ability to work on-site in Toronto, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
