Key Responsibilities:
- Own local market positioning and key messages for the Factor brand, translating global positioning for Canada
- Define how Canada goes to market amid emerging food and health & wellness trends
- Own the Canada marketing campaign calendar, developing high-impact local campaigns and scaling global ones
- Champion Canada in a matrixed global/local model, influencing strategies and campaigns
- Oversee local consumer insights, running research and tests to create actionable insights
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of brand or product marketing experience in Tech, CPG, or DTC
- 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and new product launches
- Experience influencing global and local stakeholders in a matrixed organization
Salary: CA $99,000–CA $109,000 per year
