Position: Editorial Director at UJA Federation
Lead the storytelling efforts at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto as an Associate Director in Editorial Writing. Develop strategic communications that resonate with diverse audiences while guiding impactful, community-focused narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for UJA's communications initiatives

• Oversee development of newsletters and community content

• Establish messaging frameworks for sensitive topics

• Conduct interviews and research for compelling narratives

• Serve as an editorial advisor to key internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 8–10 years in journalism or communications

• 5+ years in senior editorial roles

• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities

• Strong strategic judgment and editorial guidance skills

• Ability to manage complex initiatives effectively
