Communications Specialist at Integrity Commissioner

Join the Office of the Integrity Commissioner as a Communications Specialist focused on integrity and public sector ethics.

In this new position, you will work closely with a diverse team of communications professionals while reporting to the Manager for Communications, Training, and Outreach. Your innovative skills will be key in crafting various communications products and enhancing training activities using technology. You will ensure that the Office's mandates are met as a Centre of Excellence in public sector ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile and edit communications like reports and materials

• Enhance outreach with interactive technology features

• Contribute to the planning of the OICO website updates

• Respond to media and public inquiries effectively

• Coordinate events, meetings, and outreach training activities

Requirements:

• University degree in communications, political science, or journalism

• 3-5 years of related experience in communications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Knowledge of key integrity legislation

• Proficiency in French considered an asset
