Position Overview:

As our Digital Marketing Genius, you willbe responsible for developing and executing high-performing campaigns across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Google. Your primary goal will be to generate quality leads and driveappointments at a very low cost, ultimately contributing to our company’sgrowth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop,manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram,Tik Tok, Google, and other relevant platforms.

Create compelling and engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives conversions.

Produce high-quality visual and written content tailored to each platform,including videos, graphics, and copywriting.

Recordyourself on video, confidently presenting our value proposition to be usedin ads across various platforms.

Monitor,analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve results.

Stayup to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing,content creation, and social media advertising.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.

Innovate and test new strategies to reduce cost per lead and increase conversion rates.

Developretargeting campaigns and strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation, content creation, and driving sales through social media platforms.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and analytics tools.

Exceptionalknowledge of ad platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, andTikTok Ads.

Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting.

Comfortable and confident recording yourself on video to present our value propositionin a compelling way.

Strong analytical skills and experience using data-driven decision-making to optimize campaigns.

Abilityto work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
