Position: Metrolinx Communications Coordinator Role
Embrace a pivotal role as a Communications Coordinator with ONxpress Civils, supporting crucial communications initiatives. Engage deeply in content development and stakeholder relations within a rapidly evolving environment.

In this newly-established position, you will support the Communications and Community Relations team in drafting project communications, from construction notices to engaging content for diverse platforms like Linked In. Drive community engagement by attending events and managing inquiries effectively while supporting coordination among project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft communication materials including project briefs and presentations

• Attend and support community engagement activities

• Coordinate meetings and document action items

• Manage communication records and digital platforms

• Assist in photography and video coordination

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in communications or related fields

• 2-4 years experience in communications or public relations

• Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools

• Experience in infrastructure or construction is an asset
