Position: Toronto Client Relations Event Coordinator Role
Drive successful client engagement at Blakes as the Client Relations & Event Coordinator in Toronto. This role emphasizes event planning and client gifting management.

Your role in the Client Relations & Marketing department will be pivotal as you report to the Director. You'll coordinate various events, handle promotional inventory, and provide essential administrative support while ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Your attention to detail will help create exceptional events that reflect the firm's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute hybrid and virtual events with finesse

• Manage client gifting logistics and promotional product inventory

• Track financials and process invoices for major events

• Coordinate ticket allocation for sporting and entertainment events

• Ensure event data is accurately recorded in the tracker

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or similar diploma

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate event coordination

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities
